AAA Entertainment helps emerging bands

The AAA Entertainment Express Campaign is intended to convey a News Item to our
Database of below the line recipients, before they receive it from traditional
media outlets (street press, mainstream sites, magazines, newspapers etc). The
Database is divided into three sections: Bloggers, DJs and Tastemakers.
For every Express Campaign to work effectively we need to accompany it with one
piece of Unique Content, usually free track download although it can also be a
brand new video or something equally compelling.
The Unique Content we
offer is vital to the success of each express campaign as the bloggers won't really
write about it unless they feel that they have something to offer their readers.
And through the relationship we have built with bloggers we have come into the
habit of making them feel like they are the first to be receiving the particular
content - this makes it more compelling for them to publish the news we give them.
Obviously as someone who posts information yourself you would have full understanding
of this.
So in effect we are trading bloggers an item of Unique Content
in exchange for them writing not just about that content but also tagging it with
the News Item we are looking to get out to the public.
The major blogs
receive a personalised email from me us as well as a follow up email a couple
of days after the initial contact.

The AAA Entertainment Traditional Media Campaign targets all of the country's
main stream media outlets including street press (Drum Media, Time Off Magazine,
Beat, Inpress, X-Press, Rip It Up, Brag, Rave, Scene, Tsunami, The Place Street
Press, dB Magazine, etc); mainstream websites (Access All Areas, FasterLouder,
Eleven, The Dwarf, In The Mix, Kill Your Stereo, etc); major daily newspapers
(Sydney Telegraph, The Age, The Australian, The Courier Mail, Sunday Mail, WA
News, Herald Sun, etc) and glossy publications (Blunt Magazine, TV Hits, Rolling
Stone, etc).
CD RELEASES We roll out your campaign by distributing
approximately 100 CD's to approximately 100 media outlets (depending on the style
of the music) and follow up with emails in order to encourage editorials, reviews
and interviews to help promote your CD release and/or tour dates.
NATIONAL
TOUR DATES
As part of our tour publicity campaign, we can organise
extensive media coverage for all your national tour dates. We cover national media
outlets to arrange pre-tour editorial, gig guide additions as well as live review
opportunities.
We can assist you with on call campaign and management
advise, creation and set up of press releases, artist biographies, etc for media
use.
Once your campaign concludes, AAA Entertainment will provide you with:
1. A zip file of all the blog entries that have been published online, as well
as a list of any noteworthy quotes or individual feedback we may have received
from Bloggers, DJs or Tastemakers. Plus if we are giving away a track we can also
let you know how many times the track was downloaded.
2. A basic print
media clipping service (street press only and other media wherever possible) and
end of campaign reporting provided for the main stream press.
